1) Collection pack dispatch
Your collection pack will be sent the next working day via Royal Mail 1st Class, with delivery typically taking 2–3 working days.
If your pack has not arrived within 7 working days (as specified by Royal Mail), please contact us here.
2) Return your sample
Once collected, return your sample using a tracked postal service (Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 is recommended).
Delivery to the laboratory usually takes 1–2 working days.
3) Sample receipt and testing
Samples are logged on arrival and the order status will change to “Processing”, usually within 24 hours of receipt.
Testing is then carried out according to the specific test panel ordered.
4) Results and report
Test results and report turnaround times depend on the test selected, as outlined on the individual product page for each test.
Once testing is complete, a veterinary-written report is issued that places all findings into clinical context, including relevant history and species-specific considerations.
Reports are typically issued within 1–2 working days after testing is completed, but please allow up to 7 working days depending on the test panel.
The completed report will be sent by email to the registered email address (please check your spam or junk folder).
Reports and order updates can also be accessed at any time by logging into your account.
