Track your sample

1) Postal service
Samples can occasionally be delayed or, rarely, lost in transit. For this reason, we recommend returning samples using Royal Mail Tracked, which allows you to see the progress of postage.

Track your sample via Royal Mail using your tracking number.

2) Laboratory status
Once your order is registered, you can follow its progress through your ParasiteVet account. Order statuses are shown as:

  • Shipped – We are awaiting receipt of the sample

  • Processing – The sample and/or report is being analysed

  • Delivered – Your report has been completed and sent by email
(Please check your spam or junk folder)

Reports can also be viewed at any time by logging into your account.

Delayed or lost samples

If several days have passed and the sample has not arrived, this is usually due to postal delays.
If weeks have passed with no update, the sample is likely lost and we recommend collecting and submitting a new sample to avoid further delays.

Ordering a replacement collection pack

If you need to submit a new sample, you can order a replacement collection pack:

  • Faecal collection pack

  • Blood collection pack

Replacement packs include printed barcoded labels. You will be asked to enter your original order number so the new sample can be correctly linked to your test.
