Diagnostic tests are valid for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. Samples must therefore be collected and returned to us within this 6-month period to ensure the test remains valid.
Samples received after this timeframe may not be accepted or may require a new test order, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
